Refund policy

Rokin will issue a full refund for any fully sealed Rokin product within 30 days from the original purchase date due to concerns with reselling an open package to the public.  A 1-year warranty is offered on all Rokin products.  For more information or to get a refund please go to our Contact Us page and contact customer support.
